Swap receptov

Včasih smo se swape kolažnih receptov šle skoraj vsak mesec, potem pa smo se malo naveličale delanja velikih serij. In malo iztrošile zanimive recepte? Ne vem. Vsekakor sem bila tokrat prav vesela nove pobude za izmenjavo, izkazalo pa se je, da sem vesela tudi tega, da je bilo treba narediti “samo” štiri izvode. Tri za swapike in enega zame. Moja knjiga čudovito izdelanih ročnih receptov je strašansko debela in jo Sonča zelo veliko uporablja, jaz pa tudi ne zaostajam dosti.

Tokrat sem menda prvič naredila kolažni recept brez dejanske fotografije izdelka ali vsaj brez razvijanja fotografij pri fotografu.

This is a scrap-recipe I did for a swap that was mailed to the recipients and I can now publish it because they all received it. I wanted to get away from my usual photo oriented scraps and I wanted it to be different, so it’s monochrome and on corrugated cardboard. Thank heavens for distress inkpads and for background stamps :) Luckily this time I only had to do 4 copies.
Willow with cookies was the perfect stamp for it – it’s a cookie recipe after all!

Recipe:

100 grams of raisins
100 grams of grated dark chocolate
150 grams of butter
100 grams of powdered sugar
250 grams of flour
2 eggs
4 table spoons of orange juice
2 table spoons of bitter cocoa
1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
zest of 1 lemon and of 1 orange
1 pinch of salt

Wash the raisins and mix them with orange juice.
Combine flour with spices, baking powder, cocoa, chocolate and zest.
Beat butter with sugar, vanilla, salt and eggs.
Combine all together.
Form dough in small balls, bake for 15-20 minutes at 390F.

When baked, you can dip them in glaze (100 gr chocolate + 100 ml water melted in bagno maria).
